Due to the spread of population in Illinois, It is unfairly represented in the electoral college. With 90% of the population living in Chicago and the surrounding areas, there is serious disregard for the opinions and welfare of those not living in those areas. Therefore, splitting the districts to allow Illinois rural population's vote a chance to make a difference, Im petitioning a split in the electoral college for Illinois into 2 districts.
