The members of the Legislative Branch have failed to produce a budget. Their failure to find common ground has resulted in a weakening of the U.S economy, crippled U.S. Military capability, and punished the hard working middle and lower classes. The legislative branch's ineptitude is unacceptable, it's time for the people of the United States to stand up and force them to do their jobs.
This petition calls for all members of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives to be locked into one building, alone, until they can come together to pass a budget.
Legislators shall not be released until they pass an agreement which POTUS signs, or they resign forever.
They shall be allowed to eat Military MRE, and drink water.
Only the President and SCOTUS Justices shall be allowed in or out
