Request the President sequester the members of both houses of Congress to the Congressional Chambers, not allowing them to leave until a balanced budget is passed. This is similar to the sequestering of jurys and is the least Congress should be able to do to provide for the military who work 24-7-365. If a member of the Senator or House does not attend for other than a valid reason, they should be relived of their elected office under dereliction of duty to their constituents.
