All members of the House and Senate would be sequestered at a single meeting place to resolve the pending debt ceiling issue. Members would have all outside forms of communication removed from their person to prevent contact with lobbying groups and other forms of outside influence. Members would be allowed to to leave the meeting place if and only if the debt ceiling issue is resolved in a timely manner.
