Sequester the entire US congress in the Capital building if they fail to pass a national budget by the deadlines

We the people of the United States are tired of being left to suffer in budget limbo as our elected Congress plays games with our lives and our economy. If the US Congress can not reach agreements on national budgets by the deadlines placed upon them then the entire Congressional body is to be sequestered to the Capital building until such time that a formal budget is passed. Cots will be brought in for sleeping purposes and MRE's for eating since they have been deemed suitable for our military. If the welfare and well being of the country is in danger our elected officials should be working around the clock to solve the problem. This is their Job. Since they clearly can not do it from the comfort of home we the people must help them by keeping them at the Capital till the job is done.
