The Sequestering Law is a Congressional recurring manufactured crisis threatening cuts in government administration that no one wants and would be detrimental to the country, but is used as leverage for the political parties to negotiate. This is a hostage negotiation with a gun to the head of every citizen, voter, and taxpayer. It is a conflict of interest for the political parties to put the general welfare of the country at risk.
The United States Congress should be able to conduct their fiscal responsibilities without threatening the American people they represent.
