All German universities are now free to Americans and all other international students. The last German state to charge tuition at its universities struck down the fees this week.
This is a very tempting thing for AMerican students to do who are of above average intelligence but can't afford the price of education in the United States. I feel like this will further perpetuate the out flux of American intelligence to other countries, hurting the american educated population retention.
