There is a precoccupied intention in the visa counselor in US embassy while considering visa to the parents of employer who are in H1b visa and working hard in United States, paying lots of taxes more than the average US population. The preoccupied intention of those counselor is if visa is granted to these old poor parents then they go to the USA and stay there for the rest of their life utilizing the facility of United States. And they just reject the visa to these poor parents in that ground not letting them visit their own children. It is a very serious concern, and is injustice to the children who keep working hard in United Status. I am not sure if there is any government body to look over such things and to monitor how they decide to reject the visa to the parents of US employer.
