We as Veterans and family members are tired of the VA Disablity determination system being backlog. Texas and California has one of the worse waiting times for receiving compensation letters. That is not acceptable.
We understand that Veterans are not better than anyone else, but their disabiltity ratings need to be expedited by severity. In order to decrease the wait time, new centers need to be opened and hire Veterans to staff these centers. Thus helping to reduce the wait time from 24 months to 18 month to determine a disability rating.
