Much of the country is up-hauled when it comes to the bullying of students but no one seems to think about adults in this topic. Today more and more of the teachers out there are being bullied by the education administration and seem to have no rights to protect themselves. Currently when school districts appoint a school principals they don't look at how this person will run the school. Education is falling by the wayside in the respect that a teacher is required to follow certain guidelines dictated by the principal and administration. When a principal abuses this power they have the teachers suffer due to lack of time to properly plan and execute teaching practices. Abuse of power is much of the cause of student education dropping like a rock.
