Jane Fonda Turner's actions during our undeclared war against North Vietnam were nearly, if not totally, anti-american. I understand she is being considered for honors by you. No veteran of that war has any respect for her and she does not deserve ANY honors. She supported our enemy with her words and actions in SUPPORT of North Vietnam.
There is an email being circulated indicating many things she was supposed to have done or been involved when in NVN. Snopes confirms it is a bunch of lies. However, Snopes also quotes Mike McGrath, President of NAM-POWs, "Please assist by not propagating the(se) story(s). Fonda did enough things to assure her a place in the garbage dump of history." She deserves no honors.
