To seriously revisit the logic and legality of the batf and their ability to make laws they are not elected officials

This is a petition against the batf. They are constantly breaking and inventing new laws that are a complete over reach of the authority of the curupt organization. These people are not elected into office and seem to pick and choose laws they want to enforce or break. I recommend that a vast oversite hearing be called and not let them pleas the 5th like holder did in fast and furious this department is nothing more than a modern day mafia who stop at nothing to get pointless conviction and pass over reaching gun restriction on the people of the United States which is clearly nothing more than back door gun control. The people have already spoken u will not take are guns so stop trying to weasel around it and do it quietly .
