4) Whistle blower protection for officers brave enough to defy the Blue Code of Silence
5) Training on racism, de-escalation, identifying true threats, and dealing with those with special needs
6) All guilty officers added to Police Offender Registry and banned from law enforcement
7) All officers named in settled abuse lawsuits terminated
8) All cases where an officer kills a civilian go to a jury trial
9) Statutory immunity for citizens who kill officers in cases of justifiable self defense
10) All transfers of military weaponry to police departments ceased
