Federal property on the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge is being held under armed guard by Ammon and Ryan Bundy and some number of terrorists they have recruited. We applaud the restraint of federal forces to avoid loss of life and further damage to this public resource, but encourage the Department of Justice to recognize this as an act of domestic terrorism and so charge the perpetrators.
