As a service member, everyday should be veterans day but we can't expect that. once a month we should honor our veterans

I understand that we honor veterans every November but why not honor the defenders of out freedom once a month. we are not asking for free meals or deals. We are just asking for the appreciation more than just once a year. No special treatment, just an appreciation and a thankful reminder of the freedom and sacrifice for our beautiful country.
