Service Member's Fair Rights Act

The act is intended to safe gaurd service members from unfair, unsafe or mistreatment. It allows service members to sue the government for harm caused by the government or its employees (such as malpractice in military hospitals). it blocks the military from giving harsher punishments to lower enlisted than it would to an officer. It also blocks forfieture of pay without court martial. It also means that "good order and disipline" no longer supercedes the U.S. Constitution allowing service member's right to be violated. and it requires that enlisted be given the same benfits as officers (excluding basic pay, allowances, housing, etc would be the same regardless of pay grade).
