We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Service Provider's Failure to meet customer expectations

Created by D.F. on August 17, 2016

End Company Power over Customer Satisfaction. These days companies have to much power. The government should regulate services such as Xbox Live, PSN, and all ISP's so that customers are no longer taken advantage of. An example is Microsoft having an Anti-Sue policy in their Terms of Service which protects them from any legal action, should their servers go down. Which is easily abused by companies as, they see we will pay them money for nothing. This shouldn't be. We, the consumers, should be protected from ToS and EULA abuse. Companies should not be allowed to make us pay for a service with regular down time, or unexplained outages. We deserve to know more than "We have our finest engineers at work to fix this problem." We deserve compensation and a valid reason.
