Put an end to career politicians by enacting term limits to the amount of time a person may serve in Congress.Limits include 2 terms as Senator- a total of 12 years, 2 terms as a House of Representative- a total of 4 years. Maximum amount time to be served in Congress-16 years. After the maximum amount has been served Congress may draw a pension of 25% of their average salaries starting at age 67.They are not entilted to any special health care after they have completed their Congressional service. Moving to another state does not entitle the person to any more years of service in Congres . Any person currently past their 16 yrs.of service will not be able to seek reelection when their term ends. In the case of a special appointment for vacancies, the remaing time will count as 1 term.
