Set and Create a "Mandatory Retirement" for all elected officials when they reach or exceed the age of 55.

Created by G.N. on April 27, 2012

Whereas recent amendment considerations to S. 1789 have included an amendment proposal by a Senator that a certain group of Federal Employees be mandated to retire at the age of 55.

AND

Whereas our current group of elected representatives and lawmakers far exceed the age of 55.

AND

Whereas fresh new ideas and ideals are needed from generations of “impacted” Americans who are immediately affected through decisions reached by this over 55 group of current, well off and “unimpacted” politicians.

THEREFORE

Let it be made mandatory, to ensure rules made, affect the same generation of the rule makers, that all Politicians be REQUIRED to retire and be out of office and the decision making process by age 55 years and one day.
