As the population per square mile in Montana is 6.8 as of the 2011 census estimate, and as the number of uniquely identifiable US citizens who signed at least one secession petition since the election can be estimated at 80 to 90 thousand, I propose that a miniature sovereign nation can be set aside for them somewhere in Montana. I further propose that the new nation be named "Fucktardia" and granted national rights and authorities in accordance with current international policy.
