Too many veterans return home unable to bring with them the adopted dogs they bonded with while overseas. As it is, it's illegal to bring dogs back with them. This needs to change. Many dogs have helped our soldiers and Marines while in battle and brought them comfort during their scant down time. These dogs need to be allowed to return home with their soldiers.
