Set aside a regular day to use the Interstate Highway system for human-powered cycling.

Created by J.D. on May 09, 2013

One day a week, or month, or even year if that has to be, eliminate hydrocarbon powered traffic, except for emergency vehicles, with sirens, from the U.S. Interstate Highways to make way for human powered transportation like bicycles, tricycles, even skateboards. This would lower gasoline and diesel fuel consumption, lower emission of greenhouse gases. and improve people's health through regular cardiovascular workout.
