Daylight savings time should begin during the day on a weekday to facilitate easier adjustment as many people forget to move their clocks forward one hour on a Saturday/Sunday evening. Also, due to the loss of one hour (which is usually one hour of sleep), work productivity drops considerably for most Americans who have trouble adjusting (http://www.cnbc.com/id/46668067/Daylight_Saving_Results_in_Employee_039C...). By having the time change towards the end of a standard work day, it would encourage higher productivity in order to complete the same amount of work with one less hour. This is why I propose the beginning of daylight savings time be moved to the second Monday of March at 4:00PM instead of the second Sunday of March at 2:00AM.
