The recent string of unfortunate botched lethal injections highlight an ongoing constitutional crisis, luckily there is a safe commonsense alternative to lethal injection already in.
Lethal injection, gas chambers, electric chairs, and hanging have all proven to be incompatible with our constitutional requirement that justice must not be cruel or unusual drone strikes have not.
Drone strikes have already been used to execute Americans. Attorney General Eric Holder declared that drone strikes are in fact "due process" making it clear that the federal level government is convinced that drone strikes are constitutional.
The Supreme Court has declined to have a hearing on the matter despite it's ongoing use because it is obviously legal.
End the suffering use the drones.
