The tax-rates corporations are assessed would be indexed to how well they distribute the funds available for compensation across all their employees (hourly & salaried). For example: Corporations, whose top executives earnings are 10 times the average-compensation for all employees, would be taxed at the top tax-rate. Corporations whose top executives earn 6 times the average-compenstaion for all employees would be taxed at the middle tax-rate. Corporations whose top executives earn 3 times the average-compensation for all employees would be taxed at the lowest tax-rate. This approach would motivate boards and share-holders to better distribute wealth across all employees in a more socially-responsible manner.
