When people retire, if they had Dental Insurance with their company, they now find that they do not have insurance for Dental Work. I purpose that those people who are on Social Security could sign up for Dental Insurance and have that deduction taken out of their Social Security check. They would also have the right to say that they don't want this insurance. The government would have this money in a Dental Benefits account to draw from. As people have dental work done, then this money is drawn from the Dental Insurance account. The provider would send his bill via computer to be paid by the government.
