Most School districts throughout the country have cut back on the number of days our children spend learning in the classroom. Its either a holiday, teacher workday or other issue. Our children have half days every Wednesday, two or three teacher work days per month, spring break, summer break, thanksgiving break, Christmas break and holidays. I'm sure everyone has heard the complaints that our children are so far behind the rest of the world. Maybe its time for us to step up and compete with the rest of the world. Lets give our children a chance at a productive life.
