The Constitution of the United States of America says that a person may be elected to any number of 6 year Senate terms or 2 year Representative terms. This has led to a bureaucracy that no longer is beholden to the constituents.
We must enact an amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America to limit these terms, to drive innovation in the Congress and drive collaboration under our current 2 party system.
Change will not occur without popular action; expecting these lifetime appointment Senators and Representatives to evolve themselves.
