In light of HSBC and other banks involved in laundring drug money and involved in various ways as drug dealers and being convicted thereof and slaped with a small fine but not incarcerated, we find and believe it only fair to release any and all non-violent drug related offenders with restitution made to them from the small fine that HSBC has been ordered to pay. If that doesn't cover it you can also collect fines from Wells Fargo and Bank of America for doing the same things.
