We have a problem with illegal immigration because of the opportunities available in our country. Other countries, like Russia, are struggling to maintain minimum population levels. We can make it easier and safer to move the supply to where the demand exists, globally and internally by creating an international work permit, homesteading opportunities, apprenticeships, fast track to citizenship, subsidized travel, language courses, etc.
