Set a goal for NASA to take the 12 billion Trump would use on a wall, and build a moon base with it.

Trump wants to separate the US and Canada from Mexico. Instead of dividing the North American Countries, establish a moon base for the North American countries. The EU already has plans to do this by the 2030's but NASA has the technology to do it now...as well as the means. But like in the space race, a goal/challenge needs to be presented. This would also prove good in uniting us all instead of tearing us apart. And best of all, it is cheaper in the long run than a wall!
