I respectfully request that any person who wants to become a citizen of our country:
1. Take an education course on our history.
2. Learn our language - English - rather than us having to learn their language.
3. Obtain their citizenship within a set period of time.
4. Obtain and keep a job within a certain amount of time.
5. Be deported immediately upon conviction of a felony so we do not spend our tax dollars keeping them in jail.
6. Be limited in their rights to access to welfare, food stamps, medicaid and other forms of assistance. No American citizen should go without while immigrants are receiving benefits.
7. Be required to take a driving course before obtaining their license.
This petition may be modified to reflect other conditions.
