Our govt. under George W. Bush started a war without Congressional approval for war, deliberately targeted and destroyed another countries infrastructure, killed or maimed huge numbers of noncombatant civilians, the list goes on... Those responsible should be held legally accountable for crimes against humanity and war crimes.
