Set a larger budget toward the reform of areas affected by hurricane Katrina

Since the hurricane hit in August 2005
South Eastern parts of the United States have been left in disarray

This has left locals to resort to unlawful ways of keeping alive

We the people of America need to rebuild this wonderful heaven and haven to be able to attract MORE tourist from far and wide
