Welfare has become out of control with people taking advantage of the "hand outs" being given. Its time for people to be responsible for themselves and the children they "CHOOSE" to bring into this world. When people are making open statement to the media that they earn more from the government every month than they would if they worked it has gone too far. Welfare needs to go back to the purpous it was inteded for and that is to HELP someone in need get help up. Unemployment will continue to be high if people are rewarded for doing nothing. To have people boastin of having 30+ free cell phones is an outrage.
