set a limit of term on all Senators and Congressmen to no more then two (2) terms similar to that of the President.

Any person becoming a Senator or Congressmen can and will only be able to serve two (2) consecutive terms in office, and also is excluded from attempting to regain that seat in office for at least two (2) terms. With the inclusion that they may not hold office after the age of 66 years.
