Set limits and/or bans on what public schools can set limits/punish students with, i.e. dress code policy/punishment

Created by K.M. on September 09, 2013

The government should set limits/bans on what public schools are allowed to make their students wear, where they force their students to buy the uniforms required to attend that school from, and the disciplinary action taken to enforce these absurd rules on dress codes that include the students losing their privilege of learning. I understand how some people see how wearing a school uniform is more safe than not, but the degree some public schools take the dress code is unreasonable and absurd. Some public schools enforce a specific type material, color, and specific way to wear their uniforms, and if you get one thing wrong, they take you out of the classroom, denying the student an education because he or she wore a shirt untucked. This goes against the peoples right to learn.
