As the US has not been involved in the destruction of Syria we should not be responsible its reconstruction. We petition the government to enact a law to limit US contributions to Syria’s reconstruction. Specifically, the US should be limited to providing funds to no more than the lesser of the amount provided by either Iran, Russia or Lebanon. This legislation should require that any funds provided by the US (including humanitarian aid) be earmarked for services from US domiciled corporations.
