The federal government should set a mandatory minimum of 5 yrs.imprisonment and a $100,000 fine for any law enforcement officer,correctional officer, jailer or any employee or contractor that provides law enforcement or corrections services the is adjudged guilty of violating someone's civil rights and a a mandatory minimum of 10 yrs.imprisonment and a $200,000 fine if the victim was found to have serious bodily injury. In addition, no governmental agency shall have any civil immunity or liability limits for the actions of the actor.
