The D.S.S. frequently in the past, has used their investigations of parental stability to gain more children for their adoption programs. They are insidious most of the time and should be regulated, controlled and checked to the utmost, especially when dealing with one's most precious gift from GOD, their children. We ask the Obama Administration to make it a law that homes for parents and children caught in a D.S.S. battle be the first step and not by the fox (D.S.S.) watching the henhouse, but by an agency, whose goal it is to set up homes for people caught in a D.S.S. battle and to, if possible, keep the children out of foster homes set up by D.S.S. We also ask for a modification of the law of parents having to prove their innocence, as opposed to D.S.S. having to prove parental guilt.
