Make it so that both trucks and motorcycles have to obey the maximum decibel levels for vehicles that drive on public ways. As it stands, a number of pick-up trucks are absolutely allowed to be obnoxiously loud, and motorcycles as well. If a car were that loud, they would get pulled over in a heart-beat. We all know that these vehicles are capable of normal (legal) decibel levels, but for some reason they are absolutely allowed to alter their vehicles to produce exceedingly obnoxious levels of noise.
