We ask our elected public servants i.e. Congressional politicians to establish a balance in compensation by establishing minimum wage as a % of maximum wages. This will eliminate the need for Congress to always be called upon to actin order to increase or decrease the minimum wage as existing IRS records and reports of compensation can be referenced to come to fair and balanced compensation, especially for publicly traded corporations.
