set national broadband policy that includes a $150 billion build of fiber to every home and business of at least 1 Gbps.

Created by J.J. on January 17, 2013

The US is lagging behind in technology and innovation and for a modest amount of money can provide every home and business in the country with global best in class broadband that will lay the infrastructural foundation for a renaissance of technology and communications leadership globally. Leaving broadband deployment to market forces is slow and favors existing business models, technologies, and providers. Establishing a new data network with the coverage of the telephone system with the success and openness of the interstate highway system will lay the groundwork for new technology and business models for years to come.
