Set national health standards on school food.

Created by E.R. on May 28, 2013

If health standards are applied to restaurants, why not schools? If you find a dead fly in your french fries, you know it's time to make a change. The government should set standards such as one portion of the schools lunch should not exceed the RDI for a 2000 calorie diet for any nutrient. Or a health inspector should come around every month to check on the food. This petition is in no way unrealistic or or unattainable. I believe if the government sets these standards, Americas kids will be a lot healthier.
