set NATIONAL MANDATORY GUN VIOLATION PRISON SENTENCES

This is a very simple and immediate response to gun violence in America. Set MANDATORY NATIONAL PRISON TERMS WITHOUT PAROLE for the following: LIFE IN PRISON for anyone who is convicted of committing a felony using a firearm of any kind. 25 years for anyone trafficking illegally in firearms and/or ammunition. If those illegally trafficked firearms and/or ammunition are traced to the commission of a crime, then increase the mandatory sentence to 30 years. NO PAROLE ALLOWED. The ONLY exceptions to prison are for the mentally ill and the option will be for incarceration in a mental institution for the same amounts of time listed above.
