Set New Standards for all Top secret, Classified, and secret Documents

The Government has been keeping to many secrets from the Citizens of the United States. It is now time that standards are put in place on how all Top Secret, CLASSIFIED, and Secret documents are handled. The Government has no right to hold such documents from public view for all Citizens when such actions were paid for with tax payers money. I believe that such information should become public knowledge after 90 days from the time such operations have compleated.
