set normal court procedures to investigate malicious prosecution on every case and administer severe punishment.

Created by S.B. on August 15, 2015

The federal, state, and county court systems of the United States of America repeatedly arrests and prosecutes civilians on a daily basis at the expense of the civilian at the sole discretion of any accusation thrown at them via informing law enforcement. In order for law enforcement to avoid obstruction of justice they must follow through with the arrest, and the court system must use the officials appointed, most of which have been trained to address serious crimes.
These officials are paid government salary and aside from the cruelty, the crime of malicious prosecution remains but a mere lawsuit in the federal system. Jury duty alone is enough wasted money and freedom. We are asking that this crime be addressed and enforced federally as to avoid the suffering of our people.
