Set pay for all House, Senate, and white house administration at the median salary of the people you claim to represent

Washington has long since run wild. Those serving the public shouldn't be enriching themselves. These jobs shouldn't be higher paying than jobs normal people have nor should they be allowed special treatment! Anyone pretending to represent the public shouldn't expect more than the median salary--or even less than median--of the people they represent. This includes the president. No more golden parachutes, no special privilege! They should be subject to acquiring their own health care and not guaranteed Pristine healthcare that any normal taxpayer doesn't have.
