Whereas POTUS is the C-in-C of all US Military forces; and
Whereas POTUS appoints and directs the AG in the administration of the law for the Executive branch of the Federal Government; and
Whereas POTUS appoints and directs the Sec’y of the DOT and therefore the FAA in the regulation of civil aviation in the US; and
Whereas POTUS appoints and directs the admins of all federal executive branch agencies;
Be it resolved that that no armed UAV or drone shall be allowed to operate above the territories of the US; and
Be it further resolved that should any armed UAV cause any injury, harm or death of any US citizen within any US territory, that such action shall be prima facie evidence of a high crime and misdemeanor committed by POTUS under U.S. Const, Art II, Sec 4.
