Whereas the POTUS is the Commander-in-Chief of all US Military forces; and
Whereas the POTUS appoints and directs the Attorney General in the administration of the law for the Executive branch of the Federal Government; and
Whereas the POTUS appoints and directs the Secretary of the DOT and therefore the FAA in the regulation of civil aviation in the United States; and
Whereas the POTUS appoints and directs the administrators of all federal executive branch agencies;
Be it resolved that any armed UAV or drone causing any injury, harm or death of any US citizen while within US territory, excepting in defense of US diplomatic locations outside the continental United States, that such action shall irrefutably be considered prima facie evidence of a high crime and misdemeanor by POTUS
